Shinsuke Yoshitake is a children book illustrator who has published several books. His latest book in on a girl who's feeling down, and what she's doing to confront her emotions.
The illustration style is simple, cute and easy to read. It's a light-hearted book you can show kids to talk about sadness, bad or grumpy feelings. There's no one way to deal with all these feelings that's for sure, but this book shows us how we can accept those feelings, bad days, and what to do with them.
This book was originally published in Japanese, now translated to English by publisher Thames and Hudson.
