Photorealism: 50 Years of Hyperrealistic Painting
Photorealism is a collection of paintings from some amazing photorealism or hyper-realism painting masters, such as Raphaella Spence, Robert Neffson and Don Eddy. There are stuff that would make you wonder why they don't use a camera in the first place. But there lies the challenge of creating these paintings.
They can capture the seemingly mundane surroundings and turn them into masterpieces. Classic favourite subjects are reflective surfaces like shop windows, polished car, and the city with all the lights.
