Bottom line
The UPERFECT UColor O2 provides more value for money than UPERFECT UColor O simply because of the price difference of almost USD 200 is significant.
Both are OLED displays so you can expect fantastic colour accuracy and contrast.
While UColor O2 has lower resolution, it is brighter, has 120Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio which to me is a huge selling point. UColor O has higher resolution but runs at 60Hz and aspect ratio is 16:9.
There are some minor downsides but not really deal breakers.

Design
Design of the display looks clean and simple. Bezels are thin on the sides, top and thicker at the bottom.
This display is compact and portable. Weights is 720g and it's really thin.
Back is made with aluminium and build quality is solid. The matte texture is quite susceptible to fingerprints. There's a 7.5 x 7.5cm VESA mount behind and 4 screws are provided.
These are the OSD buttons on the left. Navigation is quite straightforward once you know what the buttons do.
The other side has one mini HDMI port and two USB-C video ports.
These are the connections possible:
HDMI
If you use HDMI, the display also needs to connect to a power source. To get touchscreen working, the display has to connect to the computer with another USB cable. So in total, three cables.
When connected to a mac, refresh rate is limited to 100Hz. With Windows, I could get full resolution at 120Hz.
USB-C
It is possible to use a single USB-C video cable for data, video and power. However it is unlikely for your computer to power the display at maximum brightness. Increasing brightness this way will cause the display to black out, and may not turn back on until you connect the display to power.
For best visual quality, you should connect the display to additional power.
IMPORTANT
I've tested the display with several laptops and sometimes the display could powered by one single USB-C cable, but sometimes (with the same laptop and port) there's not enough power.
This is to say that if you want to use the display outdoors, it would be good to bring a power bank (30W) as a backup.
Visual quality of the OLED display looks stunning.
I measured colour support for 100% sRGB, 92% NTSC, 94% AdobeRGB, 100% P3 and a maximum brightness of 384 nits (with power source connected). So this display is reasonably colour accurate. I'm just using the display at 50% brightness (200 nits).
Oh, the display is really glossy and reflections are bright.
With MacOS, you can move the cursor to whichever display you want to control the brightness with the keyboard. With Windows, you have to do so manually with the OSD buttons.
While 2880 x 1800 resolution is not as high compared to 3840 x 2160 4K UHD, it is still sharp enough for a 16-inch display. Pixelation is not really noticeable from one arm's distance away.
16:10 aspect ratio is a huge selling point for me. Given the fixed width of the display, you get more vertical resolution, more pixels to show more content. I personally do not consider or buy portable displays or laptops with 16:9 displays no matter how good they are.
MacOS problem
2880 x 1800 on a 16-inch display is not a good combo for MacOS. There will be UI scaling issues that can make the visuals look fuzzy. The workaround is to use BetterDisplay app to handle UI scaling. BetterDisplay is a paid app and it's worth the money.
Touchscreen works fine with Windows.
Touchscreen does not work consistently with MacOS so it's best to assume that touchscreen does not work at all for MacOS.
Conclusion
The UPERFECT UColor O2 is an OLED display that looks good and works well. The good colour accuracy makes it suitable for visual content creation, photo and video editing. And don't forget there's 120Hz refresh rate, touchscreen, 16:10 aspect ratio and high brightness.
The main downside, a minor compromise, is to get the best visual quality, you almost always have to connect an additional USB-C cable to power.
