The In Vitro Meat Cookbook
Bizarre is the probably the most accurate to describe The In Vitro Meat Cookbook
The premise of this cookbook is on how food in the future can be created in labs to feed the world's population that's estimated to hit 9 billion in 2050.
This is like a sci-fi cookbook on what's possible in the future. There are 45 recipes presented and beautiful illustrations by Silvia Celiberti. The concept is fascinating and weird at the same time it sends chills up my spine.
The book's very professionally done and you can check out the extensive writeup behind the idea at https://silviaceliberti.com/the-in-vitro-meat-cookbook
There's even a video trailer created for the book.
