Book Review: The Art of Diablo: Volume II
Back to the world of Diablo
This large format 256-page hardcover published by Blizzard Entertainment that collects the artworks created for Diablo II: Resurrected, Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV.
This companion artbook for the games is filled with concept art and has loads of commentary. The book is quite insightful as you can read about thought process that goes into designing the characters and environment.
Bulk of the concept artworks look really polished, but there are a couple of hand drawn sketches too. The number of characters and monsters created is amazing. There's just so much to see. The book has mostly character designs with some pages for weapons and environments.
This book is definitely worth getting if you're a fan of Diablo or video game artbooks.
No, I did not review the previous volume.
