Here's the artbook of Greg Craola Simkins, an artist from Los Angeles. He's a fantasy surrealist painter working full time since 2005. His paintings are beautifully detailed, with techniques I would say that matches old masters and he uses them to create these surreal dreamlike subjects and fantasy scenes.
