Book Review: Wasserfarbe für Gestalter
This is a beautiful sketchbook by German illustrator Felix Scheinberger.
The book's a hardcover with 156 pages. It's written in German but you don't have to know how to read to enjoy the art that fills the pages.
I surmise that it's a book on sketching tips. It covers topics like colours, colour harmony, perspective, composition, tools and the subjects you can draw. All these relate to watercolour.
The sketches are childlike, playful and vibrant. The lines are loose and free. Everything seems so cheerful. It's a book I pick up frequently for inspiration on colour choices.
It's a fun book. Highly recommended to sketchbook and watercolour lovers.
