Book Review: Jean-Baptiste Monge Sketchbook

Jean-Baptiste Monge sent me his new sketchbook recently to show everyone here. It's a 66-page almost A4-size paperback.

This is his volume #1 sketchbook that features lovely pencil sketches of character designs. I really love the sketches. They are so textural and the art is wonderful. The sketches are printed on nice cream-coloured matte paper that looks really nice.

There's also an interview that runs throughout where he talks about his inspiration, challenges, his work and also tips for fellow artists.

Each sketchbook would also come with a personalised sketch drawn on the first page. Each person would get a different sketch.
