Book Review: I Love Paper: Paper-Cutting Techniques and Templates for Amazing Toys, Sculptures, Props, and Costumes
This is an instructional book on creating paper art. It's authored by Swedish artist Fidel Sundqvist who specialises in paper art.
This book is about creating three dimensional paper art. There's a lot of cutting involved. The book wastes no time in showing you the tools you need, and jumps right into teaching you the techniques one by one. There are many step by step tutorials included where you can get to create simple but beautiful paper art yourself. There are also many well taken photos of examples that show you what those techniques are capable of. It's definitely a book worth revisiting every now and then because it's inspiring and there's so much creativity.
If you've ever admired other artists' paper art online, this is the book that will help you create your own. It's tremendous fun.
