This is based on the ad campaign & packaging for the Batman: Arkham City video game, as are all the figures below.

It's a 10-inch limited edition figure sculpted by Dave Cortes.

The monochromatic styling kinda makes him look like a zombie though, at least to me.

Joker is sculpted by Dave Cortes. This limited colour one looks better than Batman.
