Bill Brown grew up in Texas. He went to film school and then became a nomadic zine publisher and filmmaker. He considers Texas to still he his home because his P.O. Box is there, but says,"I'm between towns right now." His life is recorded in his zine Dream Whip, a taste of which is available at www.heybillbrown.com.
