RIP Roger Ebert

Roger Ebert has passed away.

I was just reading his post yesterday. He was talking about taking a leave of presence. And today, he's gone. How unexpected. How sad.

I love his reviews. As a reviewer, I see his work as a source of inspiration, motivation. He wrote 306 reviews last year. He's always writing for the reader. Cutting the bullshit and putting the point across, even if the film is bad, especially if the film is bad.

He will be missed.

RIP, Roger Ebert.
