Review: Pocket Color Wheel
The Pocket Color Wheel is a simple guide to learning about colour mixing and colour theory. It's a palm-sized cardboard that can go between pages of an A5 sketchbook.
There are actually two wheels, one on each side. 12 colours are covered.
The front wheel shows colour mixes. As you turn the wheel, it will show the result when mixing two colours. There's also a black and white tonal value scale in 10 parts.
The back wheel shows colour schemes, including complementary, split-complementary, triad and tetrad. It's a quick visual way to identify or pick colour schemes to use.
It's a helpful guide to learning and getting accustomed to color mixes and schemes.
The Pocket Color Wheel is available on Amazon (US | UK | DE)
