Is it still worth it to be a professional artist in 2023?

I'm kinda in the same situation as Arleesha Yetzer since I would consider myself a content creator and Youtube artist.

How much of an artist can you call yourselves when your art and your creativity is called content of someone else's platform? Not even your own platform... not even of your portfolio website.
Don't you feel offended as creatives and as individuals when you are downgraded to content creators particularly when "content' can be all about everything?
