Basheer Graphic Books is Our New Sponsor

Basheer Graphic Books

Basheer Graphic Books is a specialised bookstore focusing on books and magazines relating to art, animation, graphic design, interior design, architecture, fashion design, photography and other sorts of graphics. The books are shelved all the way up to the roof!

You know those books that I sometimes get in advance, like The Art of How to Train Your Dragon or The Art of Toy Story 3? That's where I bought them.

They have branches in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. It's a very well known bookstore among those in the creative field here in Singapore. Below are photos of the Singapore branch where I frequent.

I was there today and didn't bring my camera. I shall post more photos later on to show its awesome-ness.

With them as the sponsor, you can expect to see more variety of books being featured in the future, mainly graphic design books and art books that I don't usually buy. And maybe even some architecture books - I can look at them for hours.

They have also just started printing their own line of graphic books recently. I'll be featuring them soon.

International shipping is available if you want to buy books from them. Shipping cost is determined by weight so you've to contact them for a quote. If you're looking for any particular book you can't find elsewhere, you can check with them to see if they have stock or maybe even get them to order for you. This should be particularly helpful if you're looking for books catered to the Asian readers.

They have a website, www.basheergraphic.com, but it's still work-in-progress so the books aren't up to date there, even if they have stocks on the shelves.

Basheer Graphics Books can also be found on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasheerGraphic) and Twitter (twitter.com/basheergraphic). Follow them there to get book release updates or make an enquiry. Drop by and say hello.
