Found out there's an art book for Metal Gear Solid 4 that's just out. The few page previews from Amazon Japan look pretty decent.

Wow after all this time finally an artbook? A little bit late but I don`t want to be mean, it`s nice to hear and I wonder how it is but from the pictures it looks yummy.

Oh wow 8 year. Yes THAT is really slow. Compared to that Metal Gear is the rabbit. But what counts is that it cames and the last thing I will do i complain about that. It`s nice that it happens now and I am sure that this artbook will be by the one from the first game.^^

Amazon US doesn't really stock Japanese art books so you'll have to get the book from Amazon Japan or YesAsia USA.
I've not found any information on any translation so it's just the Japanese book now.
