Five Minutes Here, Six Minutes There: Sketchbook Volume 02

I was using this sketchbook around the same time as my first sketchbook.

It's a spiral bound freebie sketchbook from 3DTotal Publishing - thanks!

The title Five Minutes Here, Six Minutes There represents the interval waiting time between SMRT trains in Singapore. While I wanted to have only train sketches inside, other non-related ones also sneaked in.

Using a spiral bound sketchbook is much easier on the train, given that most of the time I'm standing. A5 is a nice size to sketch on. Most of the sketches you see are drawn with a technical pen with washes applied in the office.

This is the first page, drawn at a coffee shop during dinner. The dirt came from the cover.

A cabin without seats.

Dinner with colleagues DS, GF and AJP.

An intern in the office.

Chilling out at a bar at Clarke Quay with colleagues from other departments.

It's not easy to control a brush pen on the train with all the shaking and trembles.

Drawn at Holland Village with Tia & Paul's students

A very common pose for sleeping.

Trying to draw heads as fast as possible from passing people.
