XP-Pen Artist 24 Pro vs Huion Kamvas Pro 24
I've already reviewed the two pen displays. Here's a comparison table based on my reviews.

The main significant difference between the two pen displays would be the matte screen protector on the XP-Pen vs the matte glass used by Huion. Matte screen protector can be scratched but matte glass can't. Screen protector can be replaced in the future when XP-Pen starts selling replacement screen protectors but who knows when that will be.
Both matte surface offer very similar tactile drawing experience.
Even though XP-Pen's display is not laminated, it looks very similar to Huion's laminated display. There's still a tiny gap between the cursor and the pen tip, which is probably not noticeable unless you're looking out for it. Both displays have minimal parallax or cursor-pen tip offset.
XP-Pen has the advantage when it comes to ports. XP-Pen supports USB-C in addition to HDMI. USB-C is versatile and also allows you to use the display as a USB hub. Huion uses HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort. VGA isn't that useful since computers from recent years no longer use VGA. And VGA can't support 1440P resolution.

Thanks for this usefull comparison. Have you measured the contrast of both screens ? Does any of those display some goshting as earlier kamvas tablets used to ?

Unfortunately I no longer have both units so I can't say much about ghosting. If you have intention of gaming on these pen displays, they will work but they aren't going to be as good compared to gaming monitors because these aren't designed for gaming.
