Catch my coverage for the AsiaLink Sketchwalk 2024 Penang from July 31 to Aug 4 on my Youtube channel

You can now purchase the workshop and sketch passes from the registration page.

Prices are 150,000 won (~USD 113) for the workshop passes and 100,000 won (~USD 75) for the sketch passes (with one demo included).

If you have never been to an international urban sketching event, you should definitely go for one. It's incredibly fun. Unfortunately I won't be available to attend this.

Don't worry about the language barrier because there will be many assistants and S Korean urban sketchers around to help you.

The AsiaLink Sketchwalk this year will be held in Suwon, South Korea, from 4 - 7 Oct 2023. The hub will be at Suwon Convention Center (map).

There's no information regarding registration yet.

If you need some info for budgeting, below are prices of passes from past AsiaLink Sketchwalks:

• Taichung, Taiwan 2018 - Workshop Pass: USD 90, Sketch Pass: USD 30
• Hanoi, Vietnam 2019 - Workshop Pass per instructor: USD 25, Sketch Pass: USD 50

So next year's AsiaLink Sketchwalk is in Bandung, Indonesia. The date should still be in October. Anyway, follow the Bandung Urban Sketchers Facebook page for more details which will be announced as the date draws nearer.

And in 2021, the location will be in Suwon, South Korea.
