It collects essays which are drawn in comics that talk about the creative process, things like setting goals, fighting procrastination, improving, dealing with failure. The presentation format is quite similar to Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics and Zen Pencils.

This is a book targeted at artists, or just about anyone with a creative soul.

British tile artist Dominic Crinson has put up his book Pattern Colour on Kickstarter.

It going to collect the best of his 1000+ tile designs and also comes with information on tile production. This should be interesting to designers into pattern art.

A Week in Venice is the self-published sketchbook of fervent sketcher Liz Steel and Borromini Bear. It's a travelogue sketchbook about their adventures in Venice in September 2010 with candid observations.
