Amazon Pricing Error on Comics?

Many have reported that the prices are back to normal when they are on the product page. I've removed all the Amazon links for books that went back to the normal prices. But the list is still up if you want to reminisce.

The Death of Captain America Omnibus for only $8.24?

Amazon's also pricing some comics at very attractive price. So attractive I'm beginning to think that this is a major pricing error. But hey, I might be wrong. Check out the deals below.

Here are some comics I uncovered, and compared with other sites like Barnes and Nobles (BN), Abebooks (AB), Amazon's historic pricing (WAS) and of course Amazon current pricing (NOW). For BN, I've taken members price and for Abebooks, the lowest price. Prices are rounded up except for Amazon's current price.

The thing is, some of these comics have a lag time of 1 to 4 weeks before they ship.

Some of the comics are also pre-orders and you know that Amazon have pre-order price guarantees. I wonder if they will actually honour them if it is really a case of colossal pricing error.

Wow, that is an awesome offer! I ordered The Art of Top Cow, SF20 and Udon`s Art of Capcom. All together for 50€, not a bad price as every one them cost 26-27 Euro here.

But 15 dollars each, damn this is really cheap. Even the Witchblade Compendium Vol. 2 is selled for just 15 bucks. That`s madness.

whoa!, Parka, I really hope you get somthing from Amazon, because people here are buying everything! I've just ordered 6 books!!! iron man 1+2, top cow, megaman, you name it!

I've ordered and pre-ordered some art books.

I think it's a pricing error but there's no harm trying to see if a good deal actually exist. Fingers crossed.

I was checking back and forth, deciding if i shuould buy Udon`s Art of Capcom, i guess had the opportunity to buy it for 14 bucks, but either they sold out already, or they pulled it down.

I ordered 9 books; 3 preorders, 5 that won't ship for 1-2 weeks and 1 that has already been prepared for shipping. Unfortunately the one that got through was the Earth X tpb that I wanted the least in my order, but thought what the heck....so at least I'm lucky enough to get a steal with one book...I probably won't see any of the other books I ordered though.
