I feel like the 12.4-inch Samsung is still kinda big. You can cut out a piece of paper to the exact size to see for yourself.
Big isn't a problem if you can find a surface to rest the tablet. The thing is sometimes I stand and sketch so having a lighter tablet is better than a bigger tablet. Also 11-inch is still big enough and provides good amount of space to draw with, and to rest your palm on the display.
The bigger displays will be better if you use apps with lots of UI elements. E.g. Clip Studio Paint, Krita. But even CSP has recently released Studio Mode with minimal UI for tablets.
I definitely will not be switching back to any tablet larger than 12-inch in the future.
