Gerald Parel is a French artist who started as a comic artist for Marvel and DC before becoming a concept artist.

Art.Box: Gerald Parel is an 80-page paperback artbook that collects his personal artworks that features mostly character art and there are a few pages of comics as well. The artworks look gorgeous which is not surprising as this guy has more than a decade of experience working as a professional.

This beautiful book is published by publisher Editions Caurette and is available from their online store at 19,90 €.

By the way, the Art.Box series feature full-coloured artworks from illustrators, concept artists and fine artists. The earlier ones I've reviewed are for Pablo Carpio and Daniela Uhlig.
