My new website, Art Books Reviewed (http://www.artbooksreviewed.com) provides previews of books on learning to sketch and paint. It's still a small website but I am trying to grow it over time :)

I was going to recommend CQコミックスタジオ, but I see you already knew about it!
There's some interesting stuff there - for example, I had no idea they had actual enviroment photo reference books in Japan for comic artists. Pretty cool stuff, I'm a sucker for good reference material.
