Bought a new camera
Bought a new camera, the Panasonic Lumix GF1. The focusing is really much snappier than my previous Canon G10.
This camera is capable of recording HD videos at 720P. All book videos in the future will be taken by the GF1. You can enjoy the higher resolution whenever you press the fullscreen button. You'll be even able to see pencil grain on the paper.
The videos will be uploaded to my Flickr and Youtube pages. You can subscribe to them there.
I'm not going to review the camera (maybe not soon) but you can check out reviews for this camera on Amazon.
Books reviewed in March 2010
Here's the chance to catch up on all the books reviewed, and previewed, in March, especially so if you've missed any, new and old.
In April, there doesn't seem to be much art books coming up, at least ones that I'm getting. For Prince of Persia, there are going to be two books, an art book and a making-of. It's a shame there aren't anything coming out from The Clash of the Titans (rottentomatoes.com). I think Structura is going for a reprint in April, which should be good news to anyone who missed getting the book.
Most of my reviews are on Amazon — they are those with the videos. If you find them helpful, throw me a vote there, which is one of the simplest ways to show your support.
End.
