How quickly does the waterproof ink dry? I am left-handed, which means I will drag my hand over everything I write og draw.. Will this me suitable?

How fast ink dries depends on the ink you use.
For fountain pen and left handed users, I'm not too sure. You can research fountain pen online forums and ask around.
