The non-console version comes with SecuROM. The PC version is going to be limited to 15 activations, after which you'll have to call up some office to have the installation limit reset. There's already a SecuROM discussion on 2K forums spanning over 100 pages. Check that out if you have any questions.
I'm getting the PS3 version but even that, the issue with SecuROM is putting me off. If not for the art book, I won't even consider buying the game. I wonder what game companies have learned from all these years of putting these restrictions on discs that punishes authentic customers.
